How much should you change?

Sometimes there are valid reasons why the composition of a team or of teams needs to be changed. Such as, an individual(s) disrupting the team or not pulling their weight.  However, consideration should be given to how often the change should occur and much of it in order to avoid dealing with the dysfunctional team (s).  For the purpose of this piece, I will be focusing on the Agile Development Team.
